Mensura
Test / Analyze / Grow

How well-calibrated is your thinking — and how clearly does the market read you?

Mensura is a small bench of serious self-measurement instruments: an original 28-item reasoning test, and a 24-item professional identity diagnostic built on established personal-branding research. Both give you a real, private reading in minutes — not a horoscope.

Cognitive Reasoning Test

28 original items across pattern logic, numerical reasoning, verbal analogy and spatial sequence. Timed, scored on the familiar 100 ± 15 scale.

Professional Identity Diagnostic

24 scenario-based items across 8 dimensions of professional identity — competence, language, reputation and more — adapted from established personal-branding research. Results as a radar profile, not a label.

How the reasoning score is built

Your raw score is the share of the 28 items answered correctly. That share is mapped onto the same 100 ± 15 scale used by most popular reasoning tests, so 100 sits at the middle of the curve and each 15 points is one standard deviation.

We also report a percentile — the share of test-takers a score like yours would be expected to sit above, assuming scores are normally distributed.

How the identity profile is built

Each of the 8 identity dimensions is scored from 3 scenario-based items, not a single self-rating question — the kind of question where the answer you would pick reveals more than a 1–5 slider would. Answers are averaged into a 1–5 score per dimension and plotted as a radar profile.

Your overall band (from “Interchangeable” to “Category of One”) reflects a five-stage capitalization ladder adapted from personal-branding and identity-capital literature — it describes how distinctly the market currently reads you, not how good you are at your job.
